About H.I.M.M.

Hidden Increase Music Ministries, founded by Darnell Y. Parker, is a nonprofit organization and Christian ministry dedicated to using music as a vehicle to help people around the world come to know and follow Jesus Christ. Our mission is to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel through music, worship, biblical teaching, and creative media that encourages spiritual growth and discipleship.

The foundation of this ministry is rooted in Romans 10:17 (NIV): "Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ." We believe that as people hear the truth of God's Word through music, teaching, and testimony, the Holy Spirit works to build faith in their hearts.

We are also guided by Matthew 13:1–23 (NIV), where Jesus teaches the Parable of the Sower. In this parable, the Word of God is compared to seed that is scattered onto different kinds of soil, representing the condition of people's hearts. At Hidden Increase Music Ministries, our calling is to faithfully sow the seed of God's Word through every song, message, resource, and conversation, trusting God to prepare hearts and produce a harvest. Our prayer is that the seeds we plant will fall on good soil, take root, and bear lasting fruit for the Kingdom of God.

Our ministry also embraces the command of Jesus found in Matthew 28:19–20 (NIV), commonly known as the Great Commission:

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

We believe music is one of the gifts God has given His people to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples. Through worship, songwriting, performances, educational resources, digital media, and authentic Christian community, we seek to fulfill Christ's command by pointing people to Him and encouraging lifelong discipleship.

As the ministry continues to grow, Hidden Increase Music Ministries will expand through strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, musicians, educators, and other Christ-centered organizations that share our mission. These partnerships will help us develop Bible studies, Bible recaps, podcasts, worship resources, devotionals, prayer guides, educational content, conferences, outreach events, and countless other opportunities to share the Gospel and equip believers in their walk with Christ.

Whether someone is a new believer or has faithfully followed Christ for many years, our desire is to provide a welcoming community where people can grow in their faith, deepen their understanding of Scripture, strengthen their prayer life, discover and use their God-given gifts, and confidently live out the calling God has placed on their lives.

We believe every gift, every song, every message, and every opportunity exists for one purpose—to glorify God. Our founder's prayer is simple: that people would not remember the name of the founder or the organization, but instead place their trust completely in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Hidden Increase Music Ministries exists to faithfully obey God's calling, make disciples of Jesus Christ, and point every heart to Him.

Biblical Foundation (NIV)
